Cancellation Policy:
We will mirror your cancellation policy for sedans and SUVs. The cancellation policy for Sprinter is 24 hours, all kind of buses 72 hours. If you have not contacted NYC LIMO VIP within the cancellation time frame, you will be charged the full fare.
Change Policy:
NYC LIMO VIP requires that all changes be received by phone at least 2 hours prior to pick up for sedans and SUV's. If a change cannot be accommodated and results in a cancellation you will be charged full fare. Changes cannot be made with our Chauffeurs. All changes MUST be made with a Customer Service Representative by calling (908) 206-0388.
